Master stylist, Patti Spring, classically trained in the Sasoon Precision Cutting Technique and state of the art coloring, updates her knowledge with workshops and seminars to remain in touch with current fashion trends.Live Art Studio is the only salon in New Orleans that does “Green Hair Cuts” in collaboration with the eco-consious group, Matter Of Trust.com. Your hair cuttings will help to rescue endangered wild life and keep our envoironment beautiful when it is made into ballasts and mats to isolate and absorb oils spills as they occur. The oil is then broken down by allowing worms to eat it, with no harm to the worms, resulting in nitrogen rich fertilizer as worm casings.

After your hair session you may want to indulge in an Aromatherapy Massage that encompasses an array of modalities including: Warm Stone, Shiatsu Acupressure Therapy, Reflexology, and Reiki Healing to name a few. Patti Spring, owner of Live Art Studio has just returned from a Master Cutter/Stylist Workshop with the Aquage Academy where she learned the latest new techniques in cutting and styling, including the art of High Fashion Photographic Styling and an exciting new technique called Bespoke Stitching which is done with thread and a blunt darning needle!
