Absolutely your last chance to hike the corridor in its undeveloped state!

The hike will kick off at 10:00 a.m. when everyone meets at the front entrance to Louis Armstrong Park. At noon, there will be lunch at the new Massey’s location on Carrollton Ave. At 1:00 p.m., the group will finish at Canal Blvd. From there, transportation will be provided back to the point of origin.

Please dress appropriately as it will be hot and parts of the corridor are overgrown with weeds. Sunscreen is recommended.

Near City Park and Bayou St.John, Massey’s is located at 509 N.Carrollton in the heart of Mid-City, on the streetcar line and the Lafitte Corridor.
