About the Seminar

This seminar will provide business training to small business owners regarding legally enforceable contracts with a concentration on contract construction, contract review, contract negotiations, and contract litigation to give them the tools needed to place themselves in a better position to maximize their profits, to sustain their businesses, and to make their dreams happen.

About the Presenter

Ms. Greta L. Wilson is a New Orleans Business Law Attorney and Counselor at Law and Entrepreneur. Her law office is located at 3535 Canal Street. Her law firm provides legal counseling services, contract construction, review, and negotiation services, and litigation services, to small to medium sized business owners in the New Orleans community. She has been a solo practitioner for ten years. She is a former prosecutor with the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office and a former Deputy City Attorney with the Mayor of New Orleans’ Administration.
