Meet at Armstrong Park on the Orleans Ave Side. Lunch at Massey's at 509 North Carrolton. Finish at Canal Blvd, a shuttle will be provided back to Armstrong Park.

Please join us as we hike the Lafitte Corridor on Saturday, April 16.

10:00 AM: Meet at Armstrong Park (Orleans Ave side)
Noonish: Lunch at Massey’s (509 N Carrollton)
1:00 PM: Finish at Canal Blvd. Shuttle back to Armstrong Park

(These times are tentative, as we’ll be hiking in small groups with plenty of fun activities along the way. Different groups will probably move at different speeds.)
Please register in advance — choose the free ticket or be a FOLC Hero with the donation of your choice. You will be prompted to indicate whether you will need transportation back to the starting point (Armstrong Park) and if you need the Bike Valet.

It’s a three mile hike, and parts of the path are overgrown and weedy. So dress accordingly, and you might want to bring some sunscreen. Flip-flops are not appropriate footwear!
