New Orleans Unchained! is a call-out to consumers to shift their spending from national and big box retailers to locally-owned businesses beginning Black Friday, November 26 as a means of boosting the local and regional economies. By shifting consumer spending by ten percent to local merchants we can infuse the parish with an additional $60M annually, which means an additional $236M annually for the region.* It’s the perfect medicine for an ailing local economy.
